Janet Lawler's critically acclaimed children's books have been published by major, specialty, and mid-publishers. Her holiday pop-up books include Silly Ghosts, Silly Skeletons, Silly Haunted House, and Santa's Tree. Janet's love of family, nature, and "all things silly" inspires much of her writing. Her family shares their home in Connecticut with a dog, a lizard, and assorted wildlife visiting the backyard.
